Ron Madlem

Ron Madlem possesses extensive experience in customer service, logistics, and inventory management. Currently serving as Inventory Control Manager at NEW Plastics Corp. since February 2010, responsibilities have included previous roles such as Customer Service Manager and Customer Service and Logistics Leader. Prior experience at Schneider National spanned over a decade, where Ron held multiple customer service management positions, successfully leading teams ranging from 9 to 23 representatives. Earlier roles included Record Center Supervisor at Information Management Corporation and Warehouse Coordinator at Milgard Windows. Ron's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where leadership skills were developed as a Sergeant supervising aircraft maintenance.
