Saif Derzi

Saif Derzi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and investment. As Managing Director of Property Buyers Today since December 2018, Saif leads a team specializing in expedited property cash purchases around Lincoln. In addition, Saif has served as Chief Investment Officer at SDGB Properties since August 2015, focusing on design-led property development and investment. As Co-Founder of Let-Co, established in October 2019, Saif provides remote property management solutions tailored for busy professionals. Recently, Saif has taken on the role of Advisor at n Industries since September 2023, working on acquiring small businesses in the UK industrial and B2B sectors. Saif's prior experience includes a tenure as Acquisition Manager at ProAcq from August 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included acquiring businesses in the construction and manufacturing sectors. Saif holds a Master's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Brighton, obtained between 2009 and 2013.
