Artem Kharchenko has a strong work experience in the technology industry. Artem started their career at Mindspeed Technologies in 2005 as a Principal Engineer. Artem then joined GlobalLogic in 2008 as a Project Manager and later became a Senior Project Manager. In 2011, they were promoted to Engineering Director, where they served until 2017. Since 2017, Artem has been working at N-iX, initially as a Delivery Director, then as VP Delivery, and currently as Senior Vice President, Delivery.
Artem Kharchenko earned a Postgraduate degree in Speech processing techniques and their implementation in speech coding systems from NTUU 'KPI' in Kyiv, Ukraine. Artem also holds an Honored Master Degree in Electronics from the same institution, specializing in Industrial Electronics. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Basic Mediator Skills from the Ukrainian Mediation Centre at kmbs and became a Certified Scrum Master in 2009.
