Oleksandr Shatnyy

Oleksandr Shatnyy has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Recruiter at SoftServe. From 2008 to 2016, they held the role of Talent Management Direction Manager, responsible for managing talent within the organization. In 2016, they briefly served as the Global Delivery Leadership Operations Team Manager, where they focused on client satisfaction and expectation management. From 2016 to 2018, they held the position of Client Excellence Director, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients. In 2018, they took on the role of Associate Vice President HR Center of Excellence at SoftServe. As of 2021, Oleksandr Shatnyy is currently serving as the VP People Operations at N-iX.

Oleksandr Shatnyy attended State University 'Lviv Polytechnics' from 2001 to 2006, studying Computer Sciences. Oleksandr then returned to the same university from 2006 to 2008 to study Organizational Management. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Pragmatic Marketing from Pragmatic Marketing.
