Uliana Batiuk

Uliana Batiuk has extensive experience in customer engagement and project coordination, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Customer Engagement at N-iX since April 2015. Prior roles include Director and Customer Engagement Manager at N-iX, as well as Customer Engagement Manager and Project Coordinator at ELEKS from October 2013 to March 2015. Uliana also worked as a Project Coordinator at the European Business Association from May 2011 to October 2013 and served as Alumni Regional Coordinator for Western Ukraine at American Councils for International Education from September 2008 to September 2010. Uliana holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in International Law from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and has completed undergraduate studies at Vilnius University.
