Head Of Corporate Development In Latin America at N-iX

Yuriy Kushla has extensive work experience in the software development and IT industry. Yuriy began their career as a Software Engineer at Eleks, Ltd in 2001 and later worked as a Software Engineer at JSC Ukrtransnafta.

In 2004, Yuriy joined SoftServe and held various positions including Technical Lead/Software Architect, Project Manager, Unit/Program Manager, and Business Development/Engagement Manager. Yuriy was responsible for project management, team leadership, business analysis, and partnership development, focusing on European Enterprise clients.

Yuriy then joined N-iX in 2013 as a Delivery Director, managing business development, service delivery, and account management. Yuriy played a key role in the company's growth from 100+ to 1000+ engineers and worked with clients in the US, UK, DACH, and Israeli regions.

In 2020, Yuriy became the VP Delivery at N-iX, overseeing the management of the Delivery organization operations and development on a larger scale. Yuriy'sresponsibilities included designing and implementing delivery models, developing accounts engagement and partnership strategies, financial planning and execution, and driving the organization's growth.

Currently, Yuriy holds the position of Head of Corporate Development in Latin America at N-iX, where they focus on expanding the company's presence and operations in the region.

Yuriy Kushla received a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics, Programming, and Computer Science from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in the years 1999-2004. Yuriy also attended Lviv Gymnasium "Yevshan" from 1989 to 1999. In 2021-2022, Yuriy pursued Stanford LEAD: Executive & Business Education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Machine Learning Foundations, R Programming, and The Data Scientist's Toolbox from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016.
