Oksana Mamchenkova is an experienced project coordinator and manager in the field of journalism and media. Currently serving as Project Coordinator for n-ost since March 2023, Mamchenkova previously held the position of Project Manager at PEN Ukraine from October 2019 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing the Georgy Gongadze Prize for independent journalists. A background in editorial roles includes Deputy Editor-in-Chief at MC Today, Blog Editor at Novoe Vremya, and Contributing Editor positions at various media outlets. Mamchenkova holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from Ukrainian Catholic University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Cultural Studies from National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.

The Network for Reporting on Eastern Europe is - an agency producing journalistic content from and on Eastern Europe. - a network linking journalists, experts and media initiatives from around 40 European countries. - a media policy NGO strengthening quality journalism and foreign reporting. n-ost is an international network linking journalists and media initiatives from the EU, Eastern Europe and neighbouring countries. As a media NGO we campaign for independent foreign reporting, media pluralism and access to information. Our network provides training and supports journalistic research with a cross-border approach and media monitoring.
