Henrik Grundvig has extensive experience in the aquaculture and water treatment sectors, currently serving as Business Development Manager, Head of Sales, and Sales Manager for Norway at NP Innovation since August 2020, specializing in microscreen filters and water treatment technology. Previously, Henrik was a Project Leader at Alvestad Marin AS and a Project Engineer at Sterner AS, focusing on aquaculture systems, sales, and technical support for water treatment technologies. Prior roles include General Manager at Hydroson AS, providing R&D and advisory services, and Senior Consultant at Teknologisk Institutt - Produktutvikling, where Henrik focused on technology development in the aquaculture sector. Henrik's career began as a Research Technician at Havbruksstasjonen i Tromsø. Educational credentials include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Fishery Science and Marine Sciences from UiT - The Arctic University of Norway, along with undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering.
