Mark Lee

Mark Lee has an extensive work experience in the medical and healthcare industry. Mark co-founded N-Power Medicine, Inc. in 2021 and is currently serving as a Co-Founder. Prior to this, they worked at Genentech as the SVP and Global Head for Personalized Healthcare, Product Development from October 2017 to March 2021. Mark also held the position of Head of Clinical Development and Medical Affairs at GRAIL, Inc. from January 2016 to September 2017. Mark worked at Google as part of the Google[x] Life Sciences team from October 2014 to January 2016. Mark served as the Chief Medical Officer at Boreal Genomics from April 2014 to September 2014. Before that, Mark held various roles at Genomic Health, including Vice President, Oncology Development from March 2012 to March 2014, Senior Director, Oncology Development from January 2010 to February 2012, and Director, Oncology Development from December 2007 to December 2009. Mark also worked as an Associate Medical Director at Genentech in 2006 and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Stanford University from 2003 to 2006. Mark had multiple roles at Stanford University School of Medicine, including Fellow, Medical Oncology from 2002 to 2005 and Resident Physician, Internal Medicine from 2000 to 2002. Mark started their career as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Howard Hughes Medical Institute from 1996 to 1998.

Mark Lee graduated from Brush High School. Mark then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences at Stanford University, which they completed between 1987 and 1991. Following that, they attended Harvard University from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a PhD in Biological Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacology. Finally, Mark Lee attended Stanford University School of Medicine from 1996 to 2000, earning their MD in Medicine.
