Mahabaleshwaran H S has a diverse work experience spanning over various companies and roles. Mahabaleshwaran started their career as a PHP Programmer at Central Plantation Crops Research Institute, where they developed internal websites for bioinformatics research data. Mahabaleshwaran then worked as a Web Developer at Clearock Inc., where they were responsible for end-to-end development and maintenance of company websites and open-source applications. At ITC Infotech, Mahabaleshwaran served as an Associate IT Consultant and team leader for a project management/help desk application. Mahabaleshwaran later joined EF Education First as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed and maintained open-source applications using various technologies. Mahabaleshwaran eventually became a Team Lead, overseeing the development center in Bangalore. Currently, Mahabaleshwaran works at N. Ranga Rao & Sons Pvt. Ltd., where they have held multiple roles, including Technical Lead, Technical Manager, Senior Technical Manager, and Head of Tech Development.

Mahabaleshwaran H S completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Nehru Arts and Science College Padnekkad between 1998 and 2001. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information Systems from Mangalore University from 2001 to 2003.
