Saud Khalid Akram

Saud Khalid Akram is a seasoned Electrical and Electronics Engineer with extensive experience in hardware design and engineering. Currently serving as Hardware Design Lead Engineer at N.S. International, Ltd since January 2021, Saud has previously held significant roles at ENVISICS LIMITED, DAQRI, and Christie Digital Systems. Key achievements include designing and validating complex electrical systems, including power supplies and microcontrollers for advanced Picture Generation Units, as well as developing prototypes for head-up displays. Saud is proficient in schematic capture and board layout, utilizing tools such as Altium Designer and SolidWorks, and has demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, testing, and documentation in various hardware projects. Saud holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Carleton University, earned in 2009.
