Earlier in Tim Snow's career, from 1992 to 2008, managerial responsibilities included overseeing daily operations as a store manager for Halton Company in Salem and Wilsonville, Oregon. Tim Snow's educational foundation includes training received at Universal Technical Institute, Inc. from 1984 to 1985.
