Jean Gillain

Jean Gillain is a Business Development Manager for APAC & ME at N-SIDE since June 2022, responsible for managing project sales and enhancing company activities in Asia. Previously, Jean served as an Optimisation Software Engineer, contributing to the R&D of the Euphemia algorithm for electricity market integration and launching the N-SIDE Power matching integration tool for the Japanese Power Exchange. Prior experience includes research at Université catholique de Louvain focused on the application of SPOT robots in construction, academic tutoring in mathematics and computer sciences for engineering students, and work as a statistical programmer at Beobank NV/SA. Jean holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in engineering-oriented applied mathematics and data science from Université catholique de Louvain, along with an Erasmus experience in Mathematics and Computer Science from EPFL.
