Kosta Nesic is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support and service coordination. Currently serving as a Helpdesk Coordinator at N-SIDE since April 2022, Kosta previously worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Novomatic Lottery Solutions, where responsibilities included managing requests and documenting issues in JIRA.
