Michael Chong Keng Yong

Michael Chong Keng Yong is an accomplished professional in the healthcare and technology sectors, currently serving as Deputy Director at SingHealth since March 2021, focusing on service transformation and innovation programs across Singapore healthcare. As an Advisor for Singapore at N-Strategy Consulting Services, Michael has been instrumental in enabling and supporting European tech start-ups and SMEs in their expansion into APAC markets. Previously, as General Manager and Head of Innovation APAC at Fuji Xerox from 2015 to 2019, Michael led corporate innovation initiatives and technology commercialization efforts. Michael’s extensive experience includes various director roles at Singtel from 1994 to 2014, where responsibilities spanned emerging businesses and group-wide innovation program management on a global scale. Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore and furthered education at The Wharton School.
