Bas Joosten

Bas has a wealth of experience in the HR and recruitment industry. Bas started their career at Accent Jobs in 1995, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become a Consultant. In 2006, they opened the first Accent Jobs office in Netherlands.

At Accent Jobs, Bas specialized in recruiting top talent for companies in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, and Slowakije. Bas was also responsible for pro-actively recruiting flex workers for Accent Flex.

In 2013, Bas left Accent Jobs to take on the role of Logistics Coordinator at Verstraaten Groep. Bas held this position for just over three months before taking on their current role as Operational Director at N2 People.

Bas Joosten's educational career includes a degree in "Ik en de Anderen" from de Baak, a degree in Sales and Commercie from Guido Geenen Coaching en Training, a Lean Yellow Belt from The Lean Six Sigma Company, a Bachelor of Health in Sport en Leisure Management from Sport en Bewegingseducatie, and a Basisopleiding Bedrijfshulpverlener from Braveau productivity training.

Bas Joosten reports to Eric Nabuurs, Managing Director. They work with Nadine Van Der Sluis - Account Manager, Logistics, Max Snoeren - Facility Manager, and Magdalena Kaczmarek - Account Manager, Logistics.
