Rob Robertson

Rob Robertson serves as the Global Head of Learning Experience at N26 since June 2020, following a year of exploration with family across Europe. Prior roles include significant leadership positions at ING, including Global Head of Learning Transformation and Global Head of Learning and Development, where expertise focused on learning transformation, competency-based curriculum development, and organizational change. At Citi, Rob held multiple senior roles, driving the strategic planning and implementation of emerging learning technologies and multimodal learning environments. Prior to Citi, experience at Fidelity Investments involved large-scale training initiatives and project leadership in technology integration. Rob holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Work-based Learning Leadership, and a Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) from the University of Pennsylvania.
