Jennifer Winters

Jennifer Winters has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Jennifer currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Head of Foreign Casualty at N2G Worldwide Insurance Services, LLC since November 2021. Previously, they served as Vice President of Underwriting at the same company from May 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining N2G Worldwide Insurance Services, LLC, Jennifer worked at Generali U.S. Branch as the Vice President of Foreign Casualty from January 2017 to May 2020. Their responsibilities included managing and underwriting primary, foreign casualty insurance programs for multinational clients in the Eastern Region.

Jennifer also held the position of Vice President of Foreign Casualty at XL Catlin from December 2012 to December 2016. Prior to that, they worked at AIG as a Senior Underwriting Specialist - Foreign Casualty from April 2009 to December 2012. Jennifer managed a $25M book of business and specialized in guaranteed cost and loss sensitive programs for US companies with overseas exposures.

Their career in the insurance industry started in 2003 at AIG, where they worked in various roles, including Trainee, Underwriter, Sr. Underwriter, and Underwriting Specialist. During their time at AIG, Jennifer gained experience and advanced their responsibilities and underwriting independence.

In 2008, Jennifer briefly worked at Crum & Forster as a Senior Underwriter, focusing on underwriting and marketing primary casualty insurance for middle market accounts.
