Erik de Bruine is a Senior Partner at N2Growth’s Executive Search firm in Rotterdam, Netherlands. With more than 40 years of experience, he is an expert in Executive Search, Interim Management, Change Management, and Leadership Development within Procurement, Facility Management, Human Resources, Management Development, and Talent Management. Prior to N2Growth, Erik was leading the world’s third-largest global Procurement and Supply Management organization as a CEO. This followed a career as Boardroom Advisor, Chief Purchasing Officer (CPO) and Director at the Rabobank, Head of Recruitment & Selection for the Dutch Central Bank as well as Senior Account Manager for the Supervision department and Internal Operations of the bank. He was awarded CPO of the Year and nominated for Operational Excellence and Innovation.

Erik studied at the Royal Military Academy, where he was the Praesis of the Senate of the Corps of Cadets and holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Endogenous Development (‘Resourcement’ of core qualities).

When Erik isn’t working, he spends his spare time as a Member of the Advisory Board of the Society for Industrial Trade, founded in 1777 with the King of the Netherlands as a Royal Patron, a position he has held for the past 5 years.

He is also a Member of the private society ‘De Witte’, which has occupied a prominent position in social life in the Netherlands since 1782.
