Ryan Drysdale

Ryan Drysdale is a member of the Board of Directors at N2Growth. He helps to ensure the company’s prosperity by collectively directing the company’s affairs while meeting the aggregate interests of the company’s employees, shareholders, and clients.

Ryan has spent the last 10 years developing his business acumen with a nationally recognized insurance company, where he first excelled in sales and then the recruitment and development of agents. He has been recognized as a top sales consultant, a top recruiter, and a top agency owner within the company. As a small business owner prior to his insurance experience, he developed the basic business skills that propelled him into owning a successful insurance agency.

Prior to his career in business, Ryan fulfilled a service mission for his church to the island of Jamaica. He spent two years from 2001-2003 volunteering his time and energy teaching about the church and performing thousands of hours of service to the local communities where he was stationed. He attributes his love for all people and the ability to connect with almost anyone to his time spent as a young man serving the people of Jamaica.

When Ryan isn’t working, he spends time on his 90-acre farm planting crops on the tractor, cutting down trees, tending to the garden, shooting archery, or just sitting by a bonfire with friends or family. He volunteers his time to his local church branch where he has held multiple callings. He also loves to practice and help coach whatever sports his children are playing. He loves to archery hunt and is an avid outdoorsman.

Ryan and his wife, Cara, have 4 children and 3 big dogs and reside in the Columbia, Missouri area.
