Tony Morales

Tony Morales serves as Vice Chairman and co-CEO of N2Growth, a global leadership consulting and executive search firm, since 2015. Morales is also a Non Executive Director and Partner at Florida Fresh Markets, the largest operator of farmers' markets in Florida, and a member of YPO since 2019. Additionally, Morales has been Chairman of Prepory since 2012, aiding over 14,000 learners in college admissions and career counseling globally. Past roles include Lecturer and Observer-Coach at The Wharton School from 2016 to 2022 and Consultant at ACE Foundation in 2014. As a co-founder and Director of Academica from 2010 to 2014, Morales led various strategic and compliance functions. Educationally, Morales holds an AM in Anthropology and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
