Eric Tillman has a diverse work experience in the field of cyber threat intelligence. Eric started their career in 1998 as a Cryptologic Linguist in the US Navy, where they led operational support teams on numerous deployments. In 2008, they joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Strategic Cyber Threat Intelligence Lead, leading a team of analysts focused on evaluating adversary reactions to US policy changes. Tillman then moved on to Lockheed Martin in 2014, serving first as a Language Enabled Cyber/CI Analyst and then as a Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager. In these roles, they provided specialized multi-lingual support for cyber threat analysis and counterintelligence operations, produced threat analysis products, and conducted fusion analysis on malicious actors. From 2020 to 2023, Tillman worked at Okta, Inc. as a Principal, Cyber Threat Research, involved in cyber threat research. Currently, they are the Chief Intelligence Officer at N2K Networks, a position they have held since May 2023.
From 1996 to 1998, Eric Tillman attended The University of Georgia where they pursued a field of study in Arts & Sciences with a focus on Foreign Language. Following this, from 1999 to 2000, they attended the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center where they studied Mandarin Chinese.
