Stephanie Sweet has extensive experience in customer support and team leadership, currently serving as a Customer Support Manager at n2y LLC since November 2015. In this role, Stephanie supports the usage of n2y solutions in various educational settings and oversees the onboarding and development of Support Specialists. Prior to this position, Stephanie held several roles at n2y, including Senior Customer Support Specialist and Customer Support Specialist II, where responsibilities included assisting service providers with n2y solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Personnel Supervisor at Westaff, where Stephanie interviewed and placed applicants, and as a Keyholder at The Shoe Dept. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Biology from Bowling Green State University-Firelands.
