Laura Jodz

Laura Jodz is a seasoned professional in support engineering management, currently serving as Senior Support Engineering Manager at n8n since May 2025. Previously, Laura worked at Netlify from August 2018 to May 2025, where notable achievements included enhancing the SLA achievement rate by 10% and reducing time to first response by 47 minutes. Laura's career began at Fishawack Communications, Inc. as the Director of Operations, where Laura was instrumental in growing the company from its inception to a staff of 25 before its acquisition. Additional experience includes roles as an Analyst at Innovative Consulting, a Consultant at CSC Consulting, and various engineering positions at DuPont and Aventis Pharmaceutical.
