Laure Carli

Laure Carli currently serves as the Head of Legal & Compliance at n8n since October 2025 and is a Charter Member of TechGC. Previously, Laure held the position of Deputy General Counsel at Algolia from May 2018 to September 2025, leading initiatives in commercial, IP, product, and privacy/AI, and supporting the launch of Algolia's AI suite. Past roles include Associate General Counsel at Algolia, focusing on scaling legal support during hypergrowth, and Senior Legal Counsel, where Laure was the first counsel in EMEA. Prior experience includes positions at Baker & McKenzie, Taylor Wessing, Derriennic Associés, Gide Loyrette Nouel, and Cisco Systems, with a robust legal background in various industries. Laure holds multiple degrees from distinguished institutions, including a political sciences, law, and economy degree from Sciences Po and a Master in International Law and Economy from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
