Mercedes Vicente López has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Mercedes started their career as a Becaria at Bolsa Universitaria de Trabajo UNAM, where they assisted in the administration of the automated system and conducted pre-selection interviews. Mercedes then worked as a Bolsa de Trabajo / Encargada de Proyectos Especiales at FES Acatlán - UNAM, where they published vacancies, filtered and pre-selected candidates for various companies and institutions. Mercedes later joined Quarksoft as a Gestiòn de talento, where they were responsible for talent acquisition in the IT sector, including interacting with internal clients, posting vacancies, conducting interviews, and applying technical tests. Mercedes also handled onboarding, exit interviews, and supported organizational communication activities. Mercedes further expanded their recruitment experience at ENLACE MEXICO as a Human Resources Recruiter. Mercedes then worked at eGas Control Volumétrico y Más as an Especialista de selección de personal y DO, specializing in personnel selection and organizational development. Currently, they hold the position of IT Specialist recruiter at NA-AT Technologies, where they are responsible for recruiting IT specialists.

Mercedes Vicente López obtained their Licenciatura en Psicologia from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, with a specialization in Psicología del trabajo, from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, they also pursued a degree in Psicología with a focus on Psicología del trabajo at the same university.
