Julia Berg

Julia Berg is a People and Culture Specialist at NA-KD.com since August 2022, responsible for ensuring work environment safety, strategic recruitment development, and enhancing employee engagement through various initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as a Junior People and Culture Specialist, Teamleader at Göteborg Energi, and Assembler at Volvo Trucks, where responsibilities ranged from onboarding and supporting employees to managing HR processes. Julia also held a Human Resources Intern position at Göteborg Energi and worked as a Barista and Café Manager at DA MATTEO AB.
