Noel A. has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations.

Starting in 1985, Noel worked at PNC Bank as an IT Tech Analyst, where they managed vendors for installations, provided technical support, and consulted with users for hardware/software upgrades.

After that, from 1997 to 2000, Noel worked at Towers Perrin as an E-Commerce Specialist, where they provided technical support for electronic file transfers and managed hardware and software data communications.

In 2000, Noel joined Wells Fargo as a Vice President, Technology Manager. Concurrently, they also served as the President of the Wells Fargo Pennsylvania Delaware Employee Impact Team for Volunteers, where they elevated the visibility of sustainability, raised awareness about philanthropic priorities, and promoted community involvement.

In 2018, Noel became a board member for the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia, where they chaired the Social Media/Website management and oversaw the website redesign to increase membership and generate revenue.

In 2019, Noel became the Vice President of Public Relations at NAAAP Philadelphia.

Lastly, in 2011, Noel served as a board member for Greater Philadelphia Cares.

Noel A. has a Master's degree in Computer Information Science from La Salle University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Widener University from 1993 to 1996. Noel also holds an Associate in Science degree from Peirce College, obtained from 1983 to 1985. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in 2023.
