Dr. Patricia Jackson is an accomplished planning and policy professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Principal Planner for the Rhode Island Department of Housing since April 2025, Dr. Jackson has also been the President of The Four18 Group, LLC since January 2019, and the Chairwoman of the Political Action Committee at NAACP since June 2021. Additionally, Dr. Jackson holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Jackson's Center for Leadership, Advocacy, and Supportive Services since July 2017, and has previously acted as the Executive Director for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Providence and East Bay from June 2023 to April 2025, and as Interim Executive Director for Brockton Redevelopment Authority from November 2020 to June 2023. Dr. Jackson's educational background includes a Doctor's Degree in Law and Policy and a Master of Legal Studies from Northeastern University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Park University.
