Since September 2010, Jeanetta has served as President of the NAACP Salt Lake Branch and the NAACP Tri-State Conference of Idaho, Nevada, and Utah. With a tenure at the NAACP dating back to 1993, Jeanetta has been instrumental in the fight for social justice across America. Additionally, Jeanetta has a background in public relations and marketing from the Utah Transit Authority, where service spanned from December 1998 to May 2010. Jeanetta's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
