Kamilia Landrum currently serves as the Executive Director of the Detroit Branch NAACP, a position held since February 2019, and has been with NAACP since January 2015, where Kamilia has also held roles as Deputy Executive Director and Program Director. Kamilia oversees the creation, implementation, and budgeting of various programs focused on economic sustainability, education, health, civic engagement, and criminal justice, while managing grant partnerships and producing necessary reports. Previously, Kamilia coordinated the Centennial Campaign for the Detroit Branch NAACP and worked as an Audit Intern and CSS Intern at KPMG. Kamilia holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and two Master's degrees in Public Administration from Wayne State University, specializing in Public Administration and Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management.
