Katherine Jalhay

Katherine Jalhay (Bigelow) currently serves as the Sr. Director of People Operations at BODi and has been a Lifetime Member of the NAACP since November 2021. Prior to this role, Katherine held the position of Director of Culture and Engagement at Inspire for a brief duration and contributed to Beachbody as the Founder & Chair of the DE&I Council and as the Director of Employee Experience, Diversity & Inclusion. Katherine's career began at Western Asset Management, where various roles were undertaken, including HR Associate and Recruiting Coordinator. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's Degree in Russian Language and Literature from the University of Southern California.
