Phoenix Harper

Phoenix Harper is an aspiring legal professional actively engaged in social justice initiatives and advocacy. They currently serve as Chief Diversity Officer for the University of Connecticut Undergraduate Student Government, leading diversity efforts and organizing programs to address inequities. They previously served as a DEI Advocacy Coordinator at UConn (2024–2025) and as Vice President of the UConn NAACP unit (2023–2025), engaging in leadership and advocacy and attending national and state conferences, and they also served as a Human Rights Officer for Westchester County in 2023, conducting research on case law across multiple jurisdictions. They earned a GED from Alexander Hamilton High School (2018–2022) and are pursuing a BS in Business Administration and Management at the University of Connecticut (2022–2026).
