Kris McFadden Sr.

Kris McFadden, Sr. has extensive experience as a President and CEO in various organizations. Kris began their role as President and CEO of Pennsylvania Adult & Teen Challenge (PAATC) in 2015, where they oversaw a faith-based treatment program with over 300 inpatient beds and a budget of $11 million. In this role, they served approximately 1,900 individuals annually through inpatient services and 1,200 through outpatient services at The Naaman Center.

In 2019, McFadden took on the additional role of President and CEO of the Naaman Center, continuing their work with PAATC and expanding their responsibilities to include the organization's continuum of care in Pennsylvania. Both PAATC and the Naaman Center operate based on faith-based principles and employ around 175 staff members.

Prior to their work at PAATC and the Naaman Center, McFadden served as President and CEO of the New Man Community Development Corporation.

Overall, McFadden has demonstrated expertise in leading faith-based organizations, directing substance use disorder treatment programs, and managing budgets and resources to provide services to a significant number of individuals.

Kris McFadden, Sr. has a diverse education history spanning multiple institutions and fields of study. Kris obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Liberty University between 2017 and 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree at Evangelical Theological Seminary, graduating magna cum laude in 2014. The field of study for their M.A. degree was not specified. Kris McFadden, Sr. began their educational journey at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2002, earning their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Management in 2010.
