Kris McFadden Sr.

Kris McFadden, Sr. has extensive experience as a President and CEO in various organizations. Kris began their role as President and CEO of Pennsylvania Adult & Teen Challenge (PAATC) in 2015, where they oversaw a faith-based treatment program with over 300 inpatient beds and a budget of $11 million. In this role, they served approximately 1,900 individuals annually through inpatient services and 1,200 through outpatient services at The Naaman Center.

In 2019, McFadden took on the additional role of President and CEO of the Naaman Center, continuing their work with PAATC and expanding their responsibilities to include the organization's continuum of care in Pennsylvania. Both PAATC and the Naaman Center operate based on faith-based principles and employ around 175 staff members.

Prior to their work at PAATC and the Naaman Center, McFadden served as President and CEO of the New Man Community Development Corporation.
