Mohan Suralkar

Mohan Suralkar has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as an Assessment Coordinator at Horizon Social Development Services in 2016. Mohan then worked as an Intern at Pratham Education Foundation in 2017. In 2019, Mohan joined Piramal Foundation as a Gandhi Fellow, where they were responsible for supporting block and cluster level officials, implementing block transformation road maps, and leading volunteers and programs in government schools. Mohan remained in this role until 2021. In the same year, Mohan also worked as an External Consultant at Sattva Consulting for a brief period. Currently, they are employed at Naandi Foundation, where they started as a Community Trainer in July 2021 and later transitioned to the role of Operations Project Coordinator in January 2022.

Mohan Suralkar began their education by earning a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Sant. Gadge Baba University in Amaravati. Mohan attended the university from 2014 to 2017, focusing their studies on Social Work. Following this, they pursued a higher education at Savitribai Phule University of Pune from 2017 to 2019. During this time, they obtained a Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in Urban and Rural Community Development.
