Michael Leslie, MSc, is the President and CEO of NAASCO, where responsibilities include overseeing overall performance, strategic direction, and long-term growth, leveraging extensive experience in senior executive management across various high-profile organizations since November 2019. Previously, Michael served as Senior Business Development Director at ABB and GE Energy Connections, focusing on energy management and complex projects. Michael has held significant roles in the Maryland Department of Commerce and Maryland Energy Administration, directing initiatives to enhance the state's energy sector and advising on critical energy policies. Additionally, Michael has experience as Director of Mission Critical Infrastructures at PowerSecure and as Director of Energy Management at L. E. Ballance Electrical Service Inc. Michael holds a Master of Science in Global Energy Management from the University of Colorado Denver Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Energy Management from Bismarck State College, complemented by an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology.
