Eeva Niemelä is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience, service design, and project sales, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience & Service Design and Head of Project Sales & Spaces at Naava since September 2013. In previous roles at Naava, Eeva successfully managed brand development and was instrumental in launching a new brand and product line in 2016, as well as increasing sales as a Key Account Manager. Eeva began their career as a Communications Manager and an HR Trainee at Central Finland Health Care District, and gained research experience as a Research Interviewer at Tietoykkönen Oy. Eeva holds a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Jyväskylä and a Master's degree in Service Design from Laurea University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, Eeva completed a program in nutrition at Trainer4You and graduated from Voionmaa Sports High School.
