Gunther Spitzer

As CFO, Günther Spitzer is responsible for the areas of finance/controlling, commercial services and information technology. After training as an industrial clerk, he began his professional career at VAW aluminum AG, Schwandorf plant, in 1985. After further training as an accountant, he worked as head of cost accounting from 1991. After completing a part-time degree in business administration in 1998, Günther Spitzer was Head of Controlling at Nabaltec AG until 2008. Since 2009 he has also been responsible for the finance department. Procuration was also granted in 2009. In this role, he was responsible, among other things, for optimizing the financing structure.
