Ron Rhoades

Ron Rhoades has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Ron started their career in 1995 as a Superintendent/PM at PDI-LLC, where they traveled to different locations to oversee the construction of timeshare condos. From 2005 to 2010, they worked as a Project Superintendent at EMJ Corporation. Ron then joined James H Cone Construction as a Project Superintendent from 2010 to 2012. After that, they worked at Killian Construction Co. as a Sr. Superintendent from 2012 to 2013. Ron then returned to Baldwin & Shell Construction Company and served as a Project Superintendent from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they took a leave of absence due to their father's death. Ron rejoined Baldwin & Shell Construction Company as a Project Superintendent from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Ron is working for the Nabholz Corporation as a Project Superintendent since November 2019.
