Lori Hess Coyne

Lori Hess Coyne is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Travel Enthusiast at LHC since January 2021, where recent travel adventures included cruising the Mediterranean. Previously, Lori held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at Crestline Hotels & Resorts from 2014 to 2020, overseeing properties such as The Westin Virginia Beach and Newport News Marriott. In a prior role as Director of Sales & Marketing at the Greater Richmond Convention Center from 2007 to 2014, Lori led a team that promoted and facilitated the venue's use. Earlier experience includes Director of Sales & Marketing for the Intercontinental Harbor Court Hotel in Baltimore and a lengthy tenure at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where responsibilities included leading sales and marketing initiatives at multiple properties from 1988 to 2006. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University.
