Carlos Santiago

Carlos Santiago is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support, data analysis, and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as an IT Technician at Nabors Industries since July 2024, Carlos applies ITIL standards to support end-user operations in a Windows environment. Previously, Carlos worked as a Data Analyst for the Instituto Estatal Electoral y de Participacion Ciudadana de Tabasco, analyzing budgets for the 2024 Mexico Election. Carlos's experience also includes significant leadership roles in the Secretaria de Educacion del Estado de Tabasco, where management of educational processes and IT projects was emphasized. With earlier positions at Halliburton and INEGI, Carlos has developed and managed IT infrastructure while ensuring quality and compliance with organizational standards.
