Sikder Tahsin al Amin

Sikder Tahsin Al Amin, PhD, currently serves as a Data Scientist at Nabors Industries since June 2022. Prior experience includes a position as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Houston from August 2017 to May 2022, where responsibilities involved evaluating assignments and managing communication through a newsgroup. During a brief tenure as a Data Analytics Intern at BDO USA, LLP in the summer of 2021, Sikder Tahsin Al Amin developed an innovative Siamese neural network model achieving 85% accuracy for image similarity assessment and a binary image quality model with 93% accuracy using a Convolutional neural network. Academically, Sikder Tahsin Al Amin earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from the University of Houston (August 2017 - May 2022) and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (March 2010 - September 2014).
