Stephanie Dennis

Stephanie Dennis currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Nabors Industries, a position held since March 2023. In this role, responsibilities include conducting new hire orientations and exit interviews, processing new hire paperwork, and supporting various HR initiatives, including sustainability reporting and payroll operations. Previously, Stephanie worked as a Human Resources Coordinator Temp at Insperity, where the focus was on new hire onboarding processes, and as a Human Resources Intern at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, gaining experience in multiple HR functions. Additionally, a part-time HR intern position at Humble ISD provided foundational support to the HR team. Stephanie holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in the same field, and an Associate of Arts in Accounting. Leadership roles include membership on the DEI Council and serving as President of the Women of the World Northern Hemisphere employee resource group.
