Mubaraka Ibrahim

Mubaraka Ibrahim is an accomplished information technology leader with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Acting Chief Information Officer at Emirates Health Services since April 2021, Mubaraka previously held key roles at the Ministry of Health and Prevention - UAE from October 2014 to April 2021, including Director of Information Technology and Director of the Health Information Systems Department. Prior to this, Mubaraka was the Director of Information Technology at the Dubai Health Authority from May 2008 to September 2014, overseeing the development of IT policies and eHealth strategies. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Systems from the American University, a Diploma in Healthcare from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Statistics from Kuwait University.
