David Hawkins

David Hawkins has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David started their career in 1995 as Opposition Research at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. In 1997, they became the Research Director at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. In 1999, they joined the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as a Congressional Affairs Specialist. From 2000 to 2021, they worked at the National Association for College Admission Counseling, initially as the Executive Director for Educational Content & Policy and most recently as the Chief Education and Policy Officer.

David Hawkins has a Bachelor's degree in Government from William & Mary, and also holds a Master of Arts degree in Government from the same institution.
