Jennifer Brown Ph.d., Ncc

Jennifer Brown, PH.D., NCC, serves as the Development Manager at the National Association for College Admission Counseling since September 2023. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Proposal Director and Career Coach at the Capital Youth Empowerment Program from February 2021 to September 2023 and was the Director of the Student Success Center at Virginia Tech from July 2017 to February 2021. Additional roles include Interim Director at the NCSU Department of Multicultural Student Affairs, Associate Athletic Director and Senior Woman Administrator at Western Carolina University Department of Athletics, and Parent Coordinator at the North Carolina Foundation for Public School Children. Education includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Counselor Education from North Carolina State University, a Master of Arts in Counselor Education from North Carolina Central University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Carolina State University. Jennifer also participated in the Summer Institute for Women in Higher Education Administration at Bryn Mawr College in 2005.
