Neil Malone is an accomplished public affairs and association executive with over 25 years of experience in legislative advocacy, regulatory strategy, and strategic communications. They served as the Local Governmental Affairs Director at the Illinois Association of Realtors from 2004 to 2016 and as the Chief Executive Officer at the Three Rivers Association of REALTORS® from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Government Affairs at the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce while also working as a Strategic Consultant. Neil earned both a BA and MPA from the University of Illinois Springfield.
