Pat Sullivan joined our team in 2013 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the operating companies. He joined us well versed in the mining industry, having worked for Energy Future Holdings as Controller of the $5 billion Luminant Generation Mining, Construction & Development subsidiaries.
Over the course of his career, Pat has held senior financial roles in pipeline and refinery companies, and he has overseen everything from finance, accounting, audit and tax to insurance, regulatory affairs, information systems and human resources. Pat is the former Senior Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer of the $60 million Krispy Kreme franchise in Chicago and St. Louis.
Pat received his MBA, summa cum laude, from the University of Texas, pursued a Master of Science degree in Biophysics and Physiology at the University of Kentucky and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Biology from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky, where he grew up.
