Tom Maxwell is Vice President - Financial Planning and Analysis and Treasurer of the public company. He oversees planning, forecasting, and treasury activities for NACCO Industries, assists with corporate development, and has oversight of various corporate and administrative activities. Tom joined us in 2005 and served in various supervisory finance and treasury positions. He became Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and Assistant Treasurer in September 2015 and then Vice President and Treasurer in September 2017. Prior to joining our team, Tom supervised accounting and financial reporting matters at STERIS Corporation and worked at several other publicly traded companies in various finance and accounting roles.
Tom received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University and a Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
