Tom Maxwell has a strong background in finance, starting with their role as an Accountant at The Limited in 1999. Tom then moved on to Horizon Telcom, Inc. as a Senior Analyst in 2001, before joining STERIS Corporation as an Accounting Supervisor in 2003. Tom's most recent position is with NACCO Industries, where they started as a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis in 2005 before progressing to Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasurer. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President Finance.
Tom Maxwell obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Ohio University, attending from 1997 to 1999. Tom later pursued an MBA at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, specializing in Finance from 2006 to 2008.
